Not to be used with a true high-power pellet gun. First 5 shots mangled the metal and rendered it inoperatable.

As far as targets go, it's just like any other piece of metal. However, the auto-reset feature does not work as expected as the four lower targets spin back with enough force as to knock the upper target completely around. The instructions state that you must be a minimum of 30 yards away. I was 35 yards away and my .22 rifle was still too powerful.
