We use these to roast marshmallows. We have a bunch of these because every time we go camping, someone else is always wanting to borrow ours so we finally bought a few extras to loan out. They extend far out nicely so you don't have to get too close to the fire. Good for windy nights also when sparks are flying; you can keep a safe enough distance. I'd highly recommend this item. You can buy them at Sports Authority for $4.99.

Included 4 of these along with a fire ring that was shipped to my son and his family for Christmas. My son called and said that everything arrived quickly and exactly as described. A fun thing for family gatherings - roasting marshmallows.

We had a few of these with out the plastic handle and they were dirty and worn. So glad to find these with the handle cover. They extend so you don't have to worry about getting to close to the fire and the handle no longer gets hot. I love them!

Inexpensive but that also means cheap. The plastic handle falls off and the fork can't carry more weight than a single hot dog but if that is all you want to do, no problem, it packs nice within a rubbermaid container or cooler for camping.

We have just purchased four of the Coleman Cooking Forks from Amazon. They are high quality and easy to use. They are sturdy enough to hold a hot dog with good control. We use them mainly for roasting marshmallows and making Smores with the grandchildren. The grandchildren love using them, and they love the treat that they are able to make by themselves. We give this forks the highest marks.
