This set of calipers is easy to use, feels sturdy, and accurate. I don't see any reason to spend more money on a set of calipers for handloading ammo.

Great little dial caliper. Very accurate, and well built. Comes in a nice padded case, with an extra battery. Price is very good. Fast shipping and packaging was fine.

I needed to measure some small distances on two different 1911 pistols. Just eyeballing one part I could of sworn they were different heights, but with the calipers it showed they were both 0.17inches. Also used it on others areas to determine which slide went with which frame due to caliber size without having to guess.
Decent price, two different ends so you can measure different things easier. I know this is mostly for reloading measurements on cases, but I will use it for a lot more than that just so I get the correct and accurate measurements. Seems very sturdy and comes with two batteries and the case snaps closed very tightly.
