This key is very strong, sturdy, and durable! I use this every day and have not had any problems with it. It has a little weight to it, which I like because it doesn't feel light like plastic and from that I know it will last me. Only thing I wish was that it had a clip on it. I just took one off a grease pen and put it over the key. It fit perfectly. Now just need to weld/solder and will be perfect. All in all, great buy.

This is a great piece if you're a flatfoot... large, easy to find, etc. It's about 2.5"-3" long. I also don't understand why you'd want the pointy tip on it... just something else to get snagged in your pocket if you need to fish it out.
Bottom line... this is not a covert use item.

This cuff key works fine in my safariland handcuffs. But the first day on the job and I go to take cuffs off two warrant arrests and my key wont fit the cuffs? Kind of embarrassing. They were smith and wesson cuffs and later on I looked at my cuffs compared to the S&Ms. The pin inside the key hole has a larger diameter on the S&Ms than my safariland cuffs. I believe this is the issue I believe. I will be sending my key back for a pocket clip type key. Other than that the quality of the key is very nice.

I bought this key as a backup in case I dropped my other key while uncuffing someone. Its not a bad key, I just like the clip on type a little better. This key is made of solid metal and is constructed very well. Its definitely durable. Its a nice back up.

I bought this product for work as my last key was 1/2 plastic and broke. This product is solid metal and much stronger than my last key. It does what I need it to very well.
