This product is awesome, and when I received it I had only one issue, but it was quickly solved by calling Fobus directly. When I got it my 15 round mags would not fit securely into it. Once I called Fobus they gave me a priceless tip. Simply by glueing a small patch of felt on either side of the recepticle gave me the snug fit I wanted.
On an obvious note: this product does a great job at putting your extra mag and cuffs within quick accessible reach during those more exciting times of interaction.
