If you want to replace the batteries in your Nano I recommend that you purchase online! The price in stores for single battery is much higher for one than it is for a package of 4 on Amazon.

You can actually buy the light that these batteries belong to for a cheaper price. The batteries themselves work just fine, but if you are looking to replace the batteries in the intended Streamlight flashlight, same a few $$ and buy a new one again.

Although this item would appear to fit the Streamlight Nanolight 73001 keychain flashlight, it does not. I ordered this from Amazon expecting it to fit, but beware, if you have the Streamlight 73001 Miniature LED keychain flashlight, they are too small.
Amazon refunded my money.

Works as advertised. They're batteries. There are cheaper options for the same product, but these work just like all the others.
You're paying up for Streamlight packaging.
