I put one on a neck lanyard and one one my hat, with two pieces of velcro attached to a clip. Works great and never comes apart!

Can't say anything more. For the price, this thing rocks, very bright and small. Seems pretty durable as well. No complaints here.

its small, bright, it takes a beating had it for a while but the brightness dont seem to last very long if u want that non stop brightness then u must change batteries quite often...but im cool with dat the batteries r very cheap on amazon.

This is an excellent keychain flashlight - it's even smaller than I expected (less than an inch long) and really bright, coming close to the brightness of a much larger 2AA LED flashlight.
The criticisms offered in some of the more negative reviews seem reasonable - it hasn't unscrewed in my pocket (yet), but I could easily see how it could come undone just due to random jiggling in a pocket, and if it were to spray its tiny little batteries all over the ground in the dead of night, you'd be pretty SOL. I took it apart just to see the batteries and understand what's going on, and it took me a couple of minutes to get them back in - and that was indoors with light and a flat surface. The easiest approach to getting the batteries in seems to be stacking them onto a flat surface and then lowering the flashlight body over them - trying to drop them in, they will often as not flip around mid-drop.
I don't think two hands are strictly required to turn it on - with a little practice I was able to turn it off and on with one hand, but it's certainly not as easy as one might like, since the primary use of a light like this will likely be when you're trying to fumble along a driveway in a pitch black night holding a bag of groceries.
4 stars for being compact and bright, but could definitely be improved. A push-button instead of a head turn on/off switch would make it much less likely to be turned on (or unscrewed) inadvertently, and a different battery system (that didn't involve tiny, easy to lose, rare, and fairly expensive batteries) would be my main targets for improvement. A slightly larger version of this light taking a single AA and with a push button would make for an easy 5 stars in my book.
