I have tried both more expensive and cheaper rings. I end up buying the PRW's again because they are so well made.
They are steel, so heavier than aluminum rings. If you don't need to save the very last ounce, get these. Very good value.

I purchased a set of these for my remy 700. The rings seem great, too bad I have a cheap scope in them. I would buy again.
