Pros - Looks nice when fully adjusted.
- Holds the radio well.
- you can adjust it also for a very small radio by taking out the middle part, you'l figure it out, it is very handy.
Cons - can be bulky if you are looking or something lean.
- the velcro may be slightly short for certain adjustments. (I use it for Motorola radios (like in the picture) it is ok for my purpose).
Overall: It is ok/good for a starting out security guard. It does look nice once adjusted. Of course will not reach the quality and durability and safety of an actual professional radio case. I rate it according to the purpose it serves for me. I do event security and escorts, but am not a police officer.
