Fits Rock Island 1911 A2Sep 06, 2011
By Adam P With some modification it will fit Rock Island's double stack 1911. It's typical Hogue quality. That's about all I can say.

Hogue, the bestDec 12, 2008
By Howard Michael Weiner It's made by Hogue. What more do you have to say? I find the finger grooves help me to index on the 1911 grip consistently and results in likewise consistent target shooting results. The feel of Hogue soft grips is the best of any maufacturer.
Great productOct 30, 2011
By Dan Eldridge This grip fits exactly how it was suppose to. It did not add any extra width to the grip which was a concern of mine. The rubber is firm enough where it does not squish under a tight grip like some other rubber grips do. Use a hex head to remove the screws and your old grips will pop right off. Then slide the new grips on. You may have to stretch one side just a teensy tiny bit to get it to go over the last screw hole, this is a good thing and makes the grip perfectly tight. Great product and would recommend to anyone.
Love themOct 30, 2011
By .45hunter Love these grips on my 1911. The follow up shots are much faster with a tighter grouping due to the tackiness of the grip. But, because of the tackiness of the grip; if you use it as your everyday carry, your clothes tend to get caught up on it. I use it as a range/home defense gun.
Good Grip But...Mar 21, 2011
By topdogg94 Good Grip. It feels good in my hand and isn't to big. I put it on a para with a ambi safety. Definitely not designed for ambi safety. Had to modify it a little to make the safety work. But would still definitely recommend buying it if you want a good inexpensive grip.
