The Ruger 380 LCP is a very small pistol and for me, my grip is vastly improved with the addition of the Pachmayr Slip on Grip. Also, it does not interfere with my draw when using an in the pocket holster.
For the money, it is an inexpensive improvement to an already well designed semiautomatic pistol.
