Works with S&W .500Oct 28, 2011
By Raven99 This is a really fun target. There's nothing like the ring of that hardened steel and watching the thing spin around like a whirligig when you nail it, lol. Although it does not say it's rated beyond .44 Mag, besides a number of .38 and .357 rounds I also shot about 25 rounds out of a S&W .500 revolver at the minimum recommended distance and it performed flawlessly even hitting the support leg once without damage. Really fun target, performs as advertised.

Great TargetJan 23, 2012
By Micah Just took out the target for a day of shooting. My biggest concern about plinking Steel is the fear of ricoche. The product clearly states to use soft point Bullets. However, the kind of ammo that it calls for is very expensive so I decided to try this thing out with 9mm FMJ rounds (I did set the target out about 25+ yards to be safe). I had no ricoches at all. In fact, the bullets mushroomed up and fell flat underneath the target. The target is a Beast. It is still flat as ever and the stand is strong as ever after a few stray rounds. I wish I could post pics but this thing is Solid. Will have to buy a few more when I have the funds.

Great TargetDec 23, 2011
By CoinFan I use this primarily for my 9mm at a distance of about 25 feet. Works great. I built a stand because the range I go to its hard to get it in the ground. Tough target. At the range some (insert title if idiot here) shot this with a 30-30 at my 25 feet while I was shooting it with my pistol and the target took it pretty well. It did mushroom out the back a little with a dent about half way in the target.
Target works great especially if not shot close with High Powered Riffles.

KillerOct 16, 2010
By harold355 I received the spinner on time. At first I thought it was a bit short but after using it I can see why. Heavy pistol rounds would keep knocking it down. It spins as described and I would recommend it to others.
Oh what fun!Feb 04, 2012
By critical eye This is a great product. You can shoot and know immediately whether you've hit or not. I've made a stand for it so you don't have to dig it into the ground. Seller was reliable and delivered ahead of schedule.
