Powerfull Light, But a Bit DisappointingOct 08, 2007
By S. Regis This light is well-built and sturdy. It fits well in the hand. The light is quite bright and the 12V charging system seems to work well. The battery life is quite good considering how bright the light is.
My major complaint is with the focusing ring. My light will not go to a good spot mode. It is diffused so that the tightest spot I can get at 20 feet is close to 3 feet wide. More importantly, the ring must be focused precisly to achieve even that; otherwise the light quality is not very consistent across the width of the beam.
